Jets CB Darrelle Revis To Miss Two Games With Hamstring Injury?

Discussion in 'New York Jets' started by BigBlueBruiser, Sep 20, 2010.

  1. ESPN.com is now reporting that the Jets feel cornerback Darrelle Revis (hamstring) may be forced to sit the next two games. Nothing is official as of yet, and we may not know his true status until later in the week. It is worth noting that Revis' injury doesn't come at the worst time for the Jets, as their next two opponents, the Dolphins and Bills, do not boast very formidable passing attacks.

I guess an ego as big as his would take that long to heal after Randy Moss torched his butt on a streak.

When players hold out, missing OTAs & practices, they should start writing injury clauses into their new contracts penalizing them. They don't practice with their team and are out of shape when they report and basically SUCK! Yet they expect millions! They should be penalized in some way.

    Just my opinion, of course.

Well some people have that in some way. The thing is they are incentives to be there.....like bonuses.
