    Brees just has to have a down year to keep the curse alive (4int's).... the rest of the team playing bad too is just bonus.

    Yeah the Madden curse does affect the whole team. Steelers last season, Jets, Titans, Seahawks, Eagles, Ravens Falcons, Rams, Vikings, Titans, Lions, 49ers. Only a few of the teams made the playoffs but none did anything in the playoffs outside the 49ers, but Hearst broke his ankle so bad that he missed two seasons.
