Jim Harbaugh is highly unlikely to accept the Michigan football coaching job if it becomes available, according to a person with direct knowledge of Harbaugh’s thinking. Harbaugh plans to decide this week whether he wants to take a job in the NFL. If he stays in college coaching, he has decided he will stay at Stanford, where he has built a potential powerhouse. It would take an extreme change of heart for Harbaugh to end up in Ann Arbor, according to the person, who did not want to be identified because Rich Rodriguez is still U-M’s coach. The San Francisco 49ers are making a strong push to hire Harbaugh. Source: Detroit Free Press
Unless this is Jim Harbaugh WHAT THE FREAK DOES THIS MEAN? According to his thinking? Until Jimmy Poo says "I'm not going to Michigan" I'm not going to listen to a report published at 4 in the morning with someone who knows someones thinking. That's like saying "someone who knows Jim Harbaugh's brother's uncles, daughters babysitters cousins dog sitters hairdressers neighbor says he doesn't like corn."
Sorry to disappoint you dude.....but his brother basically said the same thing. He's not coming to Michigan. Ravens Coach John Harbaugh Says Jim Harbaugh Won't Take Michigan Job
You hold your tongue!! I won't give up hope until the ink dries on a contract. But with the back pedaling that Dave Brandon did at Michigan saying Rich Rod wasn't fired makes me think this is more and more true. I can hope that he goes pro for a few years and fails and eventually comes back to the Big House.
