It started simply this afternoon with a question to soon-to-be free agent wide receiver Terrell Owens via Twitter: “How’d you like to be catching passes from Sam Bradford next season?†Within minutes the response from Owens came back: “Would love it.†The Rams desperately need some play-making wide receivers and Owens is available. However, Owens also was available late into free agency last season and the Rams decided to take a pbutt. He ended up signing a one-year deal with a $2 million base salary at the start of training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals – one of the few teams interested. Owens has a history of attitude problems and run-ins with his former teams – one reason he likely wasn’t considered by the Rams last year. Source: St. Louis Post-Dispatch
.... Did you read the article? ^ Someone asked him. He didn't bring it up. The blind hatred for T.O. is pathetic.
Yes, I read the article. How bout not commenting on Twitter to questions like that until an appropriate time. It's not like this guy stuck a mic in his face on live tv. It was on the freaking internet.
BINGO!!! He didn't need to respond. He just likes to hear his name called. I wish the media would just ignore him and call it a day!
This is priceless... The art of no accountability using the excuse "but someone asked me a question". TO's no sheep. He knows he's stirring the media pot looking for a new job. Shame is that he doesn't understand these are the reasons why teams shy away...cuz he 'just answers questions'. It worked better when he was young but not anymore. N/P with this tweet really but it's just funny he'll do this till he retires.
Can anyone really blame TO for being anxious to move on from Cincy? That team is a damn mess right now. Palmer sucks and they just gave Marvin Lewis an extension? lol
Didn't the Bengals already say they were not bringing T.O. back? He's not trying to get out of Cincy I thought they let him go. He had a really good season until he got hurt, the problem is he's a ball hog and he is detrimental to the team. Look how well the Bengals did AFTER TOcho were knocked out.
A ball hog? This isn't basketball dude. :icon_cheesygrin: The Bengals #1 problem this season has been Carson Palmer sucking and throwing the ball to the wrong team too many times.
