To be fair to Piven, it was while he was walking out of a place and you don't hear the entire conversation beforehand. To me it just seemed like an off-the-cuff corny joke. Nothing that he put thought into.
I'm going to start giving his writers more credit, because he's actually a funny butthole on the show. That's just corny.
