WWE 2011 Draft: Smackdown Vs Raw

WWE Raw is having the draft tonight. They were going to have it in June but Edge's sudden retirement forced them to "shuffle the deck" earlier than expected. There are rumors about who will move to what brand. Orton to Smackdown? Del Rio to Raw? Miz to Smackdown?

Raw lost to Smackdown in a 20-man battle royal and the first pick to Smackdown is John Cena.

Results from tonight's 2011 WWE Draft:

* John Cena goes from RAW to SmackDown.

* Rey Mysterio goes from SmackDown to RAW.

* Randy Orton goes from RAW to SmackDown.

* Mark Henry goes from RAW to SmackDown.

* Sin Cara goes from RAW to SmackDown.

* Big Show goes from SmackDown to RAW.

* Alberto Del Rio goes from SmackDown to RAW.

* John Cena goes back to RAW from SmackDown.

Yep, you read that right. RAW drafred Cena back. WTF was that???

 

That was weird...REALLY REALLY WEIRD...

 

So I guess Del Rio isn't winning a title...how could he since the Miz and Cena are on RAW too. So Christian is the champ on Smackdown? Yeah, that'll last with Orton around.

 

Honestly I was sad at first because Cena is one of my favs. and I can only watch monday nights.

Now my two favorite wrestlers (Cena and Mysterio) are on Monday nights. WIN!

 

Also I hope they keep Christian as champ for a little while. I saw that coming already. Its like their tribute to Edge. Edge gave his BODY for the company, they have to do something for him. Like...give his best friend the title.

 

i hate alot of people on Raw now and Orton on Smackdown is must see for me Alberto Del Rio is likely to get buried on raw hes no Cena or Miz or even JoMo

 

Del Rio is gone, which is good. I hated him...he was crap in my honest opinion. I honestly wanted to see Sin Cara v. Rey Mysterio wars :) lol. That would be HARDCORE.

Whilst predictable, my heart sunk when it was confirmed Borton moved to Smackdown. I spose with Mark Henry turning heel they'll have Christian drop the belt to him at Over the Limit, then Orton shortly getting the belt afterwards.

A shame, because with Rey Mysterio & Big Show moving to Raw, it almost cured what was wrong with Smackdown. Looks like we'll be facing the Reign of Terror II on Smackdown now...

I don't think they will ever give him a world title. Every time he had a heel turn, they give him a push, but loses the big PPV match against who ever he is facing and they bury him for awhile.

 

Even if Alberto Del Rio didn't get drafted to Raw, I was hoping Christian would still win at Extreme Rules. Then maybe have ADR win the Smackdown Money in the Bank Ladder Match in july then dethrone Christian at Summerslam. Oh well, all that won't happen now. As for Orton, he does not need the World Heavyweight Title. One thing I'am wondering though. Who can Orton feud with on Smackdown seeing his feud with Punk is coming to a close? (besides whoever has the world heavyweight title)

 

Agreed, but at least he could hold up a small transitional feud when moving the title from Christian to RKO.

rio on raw is great, casue this means miz and cena will have to put in real work now cause rio is superior to anyone theyve had to contend with

orton becomes the goto champ on smackdown


but i do hope cristian gets at least a day with the strap

 

Well Smackdown isn't exactly loaded in the main event, and is probably one of the biggest heels on the show now.

 

his entire character is so crap, and im not impressed with his wrestling

but then again, we're talking about the same company that is putting JR and Cole into a PPV match, so credibility isnt required
