2011 NFL Draft Discussion Thread (Day Three)

Eagles take Dion Lewis, former teammate of LeSean at Pitt. COP back, decent value, but better players at needs were available. We do have another pick this round to get that LB we need.

 

Browns moved up to get Jason Pinkston, two Pitt players in a row.

 

you know what I like the Falcons draft so far.

Jones- starting WR (definite need)

Dent- compete for starting LB job (need)

Rodgers- change of pace back (need)

now they could use a CB, TE, and perhaps a backup OT

 

I have Sturdivant, Ziemba, Jones, Burney in my top 100 still left.

 

Ahmad Black is a nice pick for the Bucs

 

Ahmad Black is a great player even if he does time slow

 

TB is killing this draft.

 

Texans get in the QB taking Taylor Yates

 

I am waiting for Phigles to make a comment about me instead of focusing on his "favorite" team's draft.

Jets trade up for Jeremy Kerley, I don't think they had to trade up to get him.

Seahawks take Richard Sherman, 7th rounder to UDFA, some great picks and also some strange picks here in the 5th.

 

Richard Sherman is a solid pick for Seattle......

He can play both corner and safety.

 

Ktrain doesn't like Big White OL who can't block in space. I for one think that he flashes great stuff and could be coached into a solid RT, especially by a guy like Mudd. lol
