The OFFICIAL Atlanta Braves 2011 Thread (Taking Back The East)

Win #1 against Brewers at home. Need to take the series, without a doubt. A sweep would be better before heading to Philly, but we will see.

 

Double Header today, here's to hoping its on TV for me to watch.

 

Double Header Sweep? Hell yeah. Now if we can get the 4-game series sweep before heading off to Philly this weekend..would be awesome.

 

Tonight we need to begin our march back up. Take game one from the Phillies, and eventually take the series after a 4 game sweep of the Brewers and a 5-game winning streak. Let's go Braves!

It was May last year that Braves caught fire, and made a huge run. Looks good so far, 6-1 in the month of May, taking the series in Philly this weekend. Need to keep it going, and win these series at home as well, including over Philly on the weekend. :)

 

you can catch fire and win in May and we'll win in September.

 

Don't count on it this year.

 

Oh. No comments since the Braves won another 2 out of 3 from Philly. :]

 

Daaamn. Too bad i don't live close, I'd say take 'em and give 'em to me. LOL. But, Chipper won't be playing.

 

Hopefully he won't need surgery. He needs to stay healthy, I plan on going to a game in August or September, he needs to be playing since he's the biggest reason I need to see a game live this season, since it may very well be his last.

 

1:05 EST start today. Need the 2-game sweep before heading to Arizona. The schedule upcoming is favorable for the Braves, we need series wins in almost all, preferrably all of course, but yeah. They're finally sticking their nose into the division race.
