The alleged victim in the Perrish Cox rape case believed she was drugged as she partied with two Denver Broncos on the night she was allegedly raped, and wasn't sure she had s*x that night until she later learned she was pregnant. DNA tests confirmed Perrish Cox was the father of her baby, though she barely knew him and had never knowingly had s*x with him, she told police. In an affidavit seeking Cox's arrest, the woman told police she only had about four drinks the night of Sept. 5 and early Sept. 6, and believed she had been drugged because she passed out at Cox's Lone Tree apartment. When she woke up, "she felt right away something was wrong," the affidavit said. She later said she went to the bathroom to check. The woman said she recalled kissing and being fondled by Thomas, whom she had met at a nightclub, but he said he left the apartment after she passed out. The Broncos released a statement this afternoon expressing concern from the team's management: "The allegations involving Perrish Cox are extremely serious and troubling to our organization," the statement said. Demaryius Thomas should be in trouble too, not sure if I believe he left before the incident. He at least could have done something to help her and chose not to.
Are we sure that she's not lying about not having consensual s*x with him? That kind of thing DOES happen.
How does she know Thomas left the apartment after she passed out? A lot of "wasn't sures" and questionable details here...not to mention the "drugs." lol...
