Source Says Redskins Will Take Anything In Return For NT Albert Haynesworth

  1. The Redskins will do what they should have done a year ago, and move on without nose tackle Albert Haynesworth. A source close to the club insists Haynesworth will be traded rather than cut, and he believes the Redskins deal him for anything they can gain in return, including a seventh-round draft pick. So why not just cut your losses and release him? His response: They don't want him going to Philadelphia. The Eagles play a 4-3, the defense to which Haynesworth is suited, and they just signed up defensive line coach Jim Washburn -- who was in Tennessee when Haynesworth was at his best and they're the team at the top of the NFC East, where Washington plays. "They'll give him away for a ham sandwich instead of cutting him and running the risk of his showing up in Philadelphia," our source said.

Albert will sit and collect his millions from Washington. No one can afford that D-line just mentioned, AH don't come cheap, he ain't no slave.

What are the odds that we collectively pool together like $35.00 bucks on the GIF and trade that for him? he can be our spokesperson and make people sign up and stuff. But for real the idea of him in the middle of that Philly line gives me a boner. I say release him and heck it. The Skin's aren't going to compete for anything and if he keeps being fat and lazy Philly would take on a big fat lazy contract. Who cares right? What's the worst that happens? He does good and you STILL suck?

They won't trade him to Philly or release him for fear of Philly signing him. The Eagles didn't fear giving them McNabb and that worked out. Just more proof the Skins organizations is a bunch of pussies.

Lol then someone should pick him up and then trade him to Philly themselves, that's a thing right? Washington never knows what's going on, fleece em and get more in return haha
