One fortunate fan will get a chance to take swings off Tim Lincecum next spring.The Giants ace is challenging fans to a video competition in which they are asked to duplicate his unorthodox delivery on video for an opportunity to hit -- or strike out, for that matter -- against the two-time NL Cy Young Award winner at spring training next year.The entry period for fans to submit their best version of the right-hander's pitching motion began Tuesday and goes through Sept. 16. This is gonna be a great experience for who ever wins.It will be interesting to see if Lincecum blows it by him or pitches a hittable ball
Guess he won't be awarded first base but the contest would be over. I'm sure Red Bull will have all sorts of waivers that will need to be signed before the winner even picks up a bat. Don't want to hold mlb, the giants, lincecum, or red bull liable for anything.
