A former University of Iowa player who was in training camp with the Pittsburgh Steelers is hospitalized after suffering a heart attack on Friday while working out at his old high school. Brett Greenwood, 23, was released last week by the Steelers in final cuts and was working out at Pleasant Valley High School in Iowa when he collapsed on the field, according to the Quad Cities Times. Greenwood's heart had apparently stopped and was shocked with a defibrillator to restore a pulse. Source: National Football Post
