Wrestling legend Kurt Angle was arrested early this morning on charges of driving under the influence ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Angle's car was spotted by another driver ... swerving between lanes on I-66. Angle was busted by Virginia State Troopers, who responded to the call, and taken to Warren County Jail.

He posted $2,000 bond and was released at 3:31 AM.

bad for TNA, This is the second time Angles had DUI related problems within the last two years. Matt Hardy was fired for his DUI among other things, do you think Angle may now be heading for the same fate?

TNA.....stop putting the belt on broken wrestlers like Angle, Jeff Hardy and over the hill Sting. Push the younger talent already. Angle is and has been a mess for some time now. How they have confidence in him to carry the company is beyond me.

Kurt Angle will be lucky IF he doesn't lose his drivers license knowing this is the second time this year he's been arrested for something like this.

It's too bad that company has been reduced to a WCW wannabe with Vince Russo of all people still having a creative voice. There is talent on that roster but it's pushed aside for the fossils still clinging on to their moment in the sun.

Yeah it's borderline unwatchable. They say wrestling matters and they changed their show's name to Impact Wrestling but each show opens with a 15 minute chat fest with Hogan and whichever fossil of the week they want to pull into the lame Immortal vs TNA story. They actually are setting up a match between Stong vs Hogan. That's what we all want to see...Hogan permanently injured or worse on a PPV just because he can't let go.

when you get out of the talking

the wrestling is better than WWE

The reports say his blood was only a .06 which is below the .08 rule in Va, but they can still bust you for being impared.

More importantly is TNA needs to get a handle on this guy. Sadly, hes the biggest draw they have, so they're not gonna cut him, just like they will not cut Jeff Hardy with ihs drug issues

I heard Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff want Vince Russo gone but Dixie Carter won't do it. Why? Who in the world knows.

He was given 2 breathalizers. He failed the one at the scene with a 0.091 blood alcohol level. Then when he got to the police station, thats when his blood alcohol level came up 0.06. I would not want to be the judge in this case.

Hulk Hogan is at the point in his life where he shouldn't have to work, period. The only reason he still does work is because of him getting screwed over in his divorce with Linda. He's at the point in his life where he should be able to just sit back and enjoy life with no worries.

I can understand not cutting guys like Kurt Angle and Jeff Hardy but you can give them so many chances before saying see ya.

As bad as TNA is ti still gets the nod over WWE. I get so sick of WWE giving the belt to the same people and when it does change hands it's to newcomers like Alberto Del Rio snitch butt. John Cena is constantly blowing the fans and being the face.
