Vikings QB Donovan McNabb Isn't Concerned With His Statistics

Vikings quarterback Donovan McNabb ranks last among NFL quarterbacks with 39 yards passing, but the 13-year veteran is not concerned with his statistics, Chip Scoggins of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. "I’m not here competing with any other quarterbacks. I’m here to win ballgames," McNabb said on Wednesday. "If you throw for 300, 400, 500 yards and you still lose a game, you’re still 0-1. We can look at QB ratings and everybody else’s numbers and stats, but it’s about being 1-0 at this particular point and we’re not. So now it’s just correcting it so we can possibly be 1-1." With 28 net yards passing, it's no surprise that the Vikings rank 32nd in the league in total offense. Half the league has either a new quarterback or a new offensive coordinator, including several, like the Vikings, who have both. The bottom ten teams in the league offensively heading into Week 2 fall into that category, including the nine teams that couldn't top 300 yards in offense in Week 1.

    lmao.

You're allowed to not care about your stats if you're winning. But when you play as crapty as he did and lose, you need to be caring.

He can make all the excuses he wants to make it seem like it's not a big deal, but it's still a big deal.
