Free Agent WR Terrell Owens Likely To Draw Scant Interest On Open Market

Discussion in 'NFL General Discussion' started by BigBlueBruiser, Oct 21, 2011.

  1. Mike Lombardi of NFL Network expects free agent wide receiver Terrell Owens' market to be "very, very, very small" after Tuesday's open workout. According to Lombardi, the Bengals were the only team interested in Owens last year. After ACL surgery at age 38, it stands to reason that fewer teams (no one?) will have interest this time around. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter has said similar things about Owens, who is probably no better than 50:50 to find a taker before season's end.

You are probably right. Just imagine if T.O. didn't have baggage... The way he plays and works, teams would be lining up to get him. What a shame..

If he can show he's healthy, he should get a gig...team friendly contract him.

You'd think he would have learned that when he got relegated to the Bills and Bengals cause nobody else wanted him
