49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh said he hoped to see fullback Moran Norris (fibula) at the practice field for a bonus session Tuesday. Norris' replacement, rookie Bruce Miller, has played well in recent weeks as the 49ers' running game has found its footing. Harbaugh said he did not have a policy that protects starters from losing their status because of injury.
