Olly has a point. The premier league princesses here seem to expect to play on the sort of green carpet a green keeper at St Andrews would be proud of.

I remember a few years ago after the 1st game at Wembley with the giants/phins, a few weeks later England played an international game at Wembley. Commentators/FA/Media, etc all making comments about the state of the field and blaming the NFL game about 3 weeks before for it.

Complete BS to excuse England playing crap and losing, but hey.

 

I remember the same BS going on here, when the NFLE played. Frankfurt freaking sucks, and oc it was the field. Maybe they should play a game on good old astro turf. They would love Heinz Field afterwards
