It seems like once Best was knocked out at this point this season, Stafford has really digressed and once we lost Smith this game, it has really turned around momentum wise. INT #3
Lol at the lions they always do there usual lay a turd on thanksgiving day......to think this was suppose to be there statement game what a disappointment.
this game was like a fiery 8-year old trying to pick a fight with his older brother. out of the 3 games yesterday, a lot of people may think the worst game was the nightcap because it was a defensive battle. this game, for me, was almost excruciating to watch. i ended up walking away from it several times and finding better things to do. the packers are so mentally solid that you could just see how the game was playing out and they were just going to do what they do to people and let the lions kill themselves and stafford and the rest of lions were happy to oblige. it very quickly became a complete mental game and had very little to do with anything physical on the field. it's becoming very obvious that the lions are mentally/emotionally weak and they say a team is only as strong as their head coach so it makes sense.
Too many mistakes against the Packers will do you in every time. They hung until the penalty gave the Packers a first down where they would've punted. Scored on that drive and from there it was game over.
