A lot of teams who were in pretty good playoff position not too long ago have started struggling recently. Will any of these sliding teams be able to get back on track and make the playoffs?

San Diego Chargers -- Have lost 5 in a row

Detroit Lions -- Have lost 4 of their last 6 games

Cincinnati Bengals -- Have lost 2 in a row

Buffalo Bills -- Have lost 5 of their last 7

NY Jets -- Lost 2 in a row

The lions and the bengals both have a shot at the wild card. So I say yeah they can do it, the Jets are imploding, the bills are the bills and the chargers have turner as HC so those teams are out.

Lions and Bengals have the best chances. I don't think Jets...Chargers shouldn't but look at their division. Chargers are awful...AWFUL.

Lions will get the NFC Wildcard. Chicago is still in the mix, but for how long. Its between them, Atlanta and the NFCE runner up for that last spot

With Cutler out the Lions have the best chance. Bengals are a maybe. Idk how long they can keep going. They might have already stalled.

While they are sucking I think the Chargers are the most likely due to the fact the AFC West stinks

After looking at the Lions remaining schedule, I think there's a good chance they don't make it. None of those games are gonna be a gimme. They could easily go 0-5 over that stretch...

Who knows how long Suh will be suspended too.. Without him in there that really drops their chances. I agree ward, I think there is a good chance they could go 0-5.

0-5 ? dang, you guys are harsh having them lose to the vikings. they're not as good as they were in september but they aren't bad enuf to lose to the vikings. and they should still beat the chargers.

i say 1-4 and maybe 2-3 if they can beat the chargers, which would put them at 8-8 or 9-7 which probably won't be enuf for a wild card.

  16. 86WARD

    86WARD -

I'm not saying they will...with division match ups, anything can happen...we've all seen worse...lol. Realistically, I think they go 2-3 over that stretch...

  17. CaptainStubing

CaptainStubing Gave her a Dirty Sanchez

yeah, i think 1-4 or 2-3 are the most likely results, which probably will keep them out of the playoffs.

And could propel the Bears into the playoffs because of it...although the Eagles are coming on strong and they could take that spot as well...
