A man who worked as a teenager in the Red Sox clubhouse with big-name players such as Roger Clemens and Wade Boggs said his "dream job" ended abruptly when the clubhouse manager sexually assaulted him.Charles Crawford and another Massachusetts man are now accusing Donald Fitzpatrick, who died in 2005, of abusing them in the early 1990s. The statute of limitations has expired for filing lawsuits, but the men are seeking $5 million settlements from the team.During a news conference Monday, Crawford said Fitzpatrick assaulted him twice inside the clubhouse at Fenway Park -- once in an equipment room and once in a restroom. He was 16 at the time."People need to know what happened," said Crawford, who agreed to have his name used. "It's still mind-boggling to me." Source: ESPN
Jesus Christ...not another one. $5M from the team? Dude is dead so he can't defend himself and these heckwads are suing the team??
There is absolutely nothing to settle here. Guy is dead, should have spoken up when he could have defended himself.
Just because he's dead and they're being rods, I hope it's true. And I hope he had a horse c**k that he stuck right in these little douchebags asses. But wait, come to think of it, Ronald Regan used to sexually assault me ALL THE TIME! FREAK! Where do I sign up to get my money? FREAK YOU JOE PATERNO AND PENN STATE FOR STARTING THIS SPIRALING ROLLER COASTER. But honestly, that's kind of a rod move. Even if it's true, which I hope it is and bad to the horse c**k, he's been dead for 6 YEARS!!!
This isn't true just two buddies pissed they got fired who saw an opportunity to make some money off the Sox.
just a question here. put yourself in those guys position. No pun intended. If you was molested would you return for more? They say the abuse lasted for years. If it was me I wouldn't return.
