Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer may be coaching for his job this week according to Brian Costello of the New York Post. The Jets are now 27th in the NFL in total offense and looked like a complete mess on Saturday against the Giants. They attempted 68 passes (59 attempts, 5 sacks, 4 scrambles) and just 25 rushes. Schottenheimer’s contract runs through 2013, but if the Jets are looking for someone to pay should they miss the playoffs, he would be the most likely candidate. Head coach Rex Ryan is not going anywhere and they are not giving up on quarterback Mark Sanchez. Source: The Redzone
so, he's on the verge of getting fired as an o.c. but is being discussed as an h.c. candidate for other teams? huh?
Oh no Ward you could, just need a thesaurus and look up similar words to terrible. All of them combined equals Marty's son.
