Texans rookie defensive end J.J. Watt admitted Thursday that he had been docked by the NFL for a fourth-quarter hit on Colts quarterback Dan Orlovsky that drew a roughing-the-passer penalty. Watt, who appeared to be shoved by a blocker into Orlovsky from the rear on the play, said he intends to appeal the fine, which was believed to be $10,000.
