what a great game. tons of fun. might be the game of the year. the niners showed a lot of toughness because this game was slipping away from them at halftime. they just never died and never gave up and their offense showed that they aren't as anemic as many thought. the saints showed their talent but the saints d is not good and it showed. brees did not play well. and the saints did not run the ball enough and obviously the turnovers hurt them. Without the turnovers, new orleans would have been ahead by about 20 points or more going into the 4th quarter. it would have made a much different game obviously but the game didn't play out that way. the niners wanted it more today and played better.
