homers .......... :rolleyes1: from a neutral point of view......... the giants vs. bills was a great game the rams vs. titans was good, the 2nd niners vs. bengals was a classic, the pats vs. rams was a good one, and the first pats v giants was a great game. this most recent contest was 'good' and well-played .......... it just wasn't real aggressive, almost as if both teams were playing 'not to lose', so i wouldn't rank it as an all-time great one.
lol. Maybe a little homer in that one. I liked the Steelers and Cardinals. I was pulling for the Cards but that was still a fantastic game.
hmmmm ive only watched the superbowl since 2000 so thats only 11 superbowls but since 2000 i would have to say actual game wise it would be saints vs colts.
yep, the steelers v cards was entertaining ....... i wouldn't say it was the best played SB but it had entertainment value.
First Giants/Pats was great, watching scrappy dogs beat mighty undefeated juggernauts is always fun. Homer reasons, 1985 was amazing, with all the talk about Marino being the best qb in the game and then having the 49ers defense own him all day and Montana outperform him by a mile was a lot of fun. 1990 with the REAL "The Drive" (heck Elway) was pretty unbeatable as far as excitement. Watching Montana march down the field and laser the winning slant to Taylor, I dont think Ive ever been so excited for one game ever before or since.
