Uguysmad? I know there are some annoying butt Giants fans out there I am not one of them. Eli the greatest QB ever not even close, Eli the better QB that day and an amazing QB throughout the play offs of course. Brady is better than Manning no questions asked. The Giants won because they're a better overall team and got extremely lucky on some fumbles. The season is over, oh well. Better luck next year, I doubt it though cause we swept y'all this year.

So many single plays that could have, maybe should have, gone the right way for the Pats, and yet they failed. Why? Hmmm, didn't they cut someone on Saturday? That can't help.

Possibly my favorite post ever. And definitely my favorite Giants fan ever.

Having 2 SB rings won't necessarily get Eli a bust in Canton. Just ask Jim Plunkett.

Plunketts not in the Hall because other than those two rings, he was not a very good QB and a career backup/ bottom tier starter.

Eli is what Mid to late 20's. He's got a lotttt of time left to get his stats up and get more rings. Look at his receiving core too. Jussayin.

Do you remember who the SB XV MVP was?

I think he was better than you give him credit for.

haha. wow, comparing Eli to Plunkett ................. that's hilarious.

here's the thing that people have trouble wrapping their brains around with Eli ............... There is no other QB in the league right now that can rise to the occassion for big games and big drives to the level that Eli can.

He is 8-3 in playoff games and plays at a much higher level on the big stage.

dude has only played 6 or 7 seasons and already has more game-winning drives in this league than plunkett had in his whole career, and he played for 15 years.

He ALREADY has almost as many as the 'great' Joe Montana.

If he plays a full healthy career, he WILL pass ANY of the great, clutch QB's that you can possibly think of (Elway, Favre, Brady, and, yes, even his great brother) ..............

Anyone who is still calling Eli Manning a lower-tier starting NFL QB has a personal grudge against the guy or doesn't understand the position at this level and what makes a great qb.

Eli thrives on pressure situations. Basically he is the anti-Romo.

Postseason success should not cover regular season mediocrity.

this is 2012 .... not 2005 ........ eli hasn't been 'mediocre', even in the regular season, for a LONG time .... and i was one of his biggest critics early on in his career ..... dude took a huge step in his evolution during the playoffs when he won his first super bowl and has been good since then, even in the regular season, but especially in crunch time and the playoffs.

there is nothing 'mediocre' about what eli has done over the last 49 months. In fact, I would challenge you to find me someone who has had a better 4 year stretch at QB that has NOT made the h.o.f. or hasn't positioned himself to make it.

The Giants punter should be in the hall of fame too. The Pats were on their own 4 yard line for half the game it seemed like.

Eli should have bought his defensive teammates some expensive presents. IMO, if the defense hadn't come alive in the second half of the season, the Giants would have finished in the basement of the division with the Redskins.
