That's awesome. I've never seen that video before. I've seen the kick, but never with Criqui.

 

I Feel so old cause we were watching a redskins game and they broke in and showed this. I Remember in the interviews after the game,alex karras and the lions were laughing on the sideline
when the saints lined up to try because they did'nt think a guy with a club foot could kick the ball that far,be he sure fooled them,aye?

 

my grandfather was at the game and said most people were already hitting the exits by the time he kicked it...lol. would have sucked to be in the place history was made but not get to see it.

 

I Know a guy who still works for the saints named george borden,and he told my daddy a few years later in richmond,va that dempsey could hit 75 to 80 yard fgs in practice.

 

Freaking pure. That is awesome, beautiful. Words just can't express.

First thought... What a freaking catch by that reciever.

Second though... It is soooo weird seeing a guy kick from the far 37 yard line. lol.
