DT Ndamukong Suh on Thursday was cited by police in Portland, Ore., for speeding and other driving violations, The Oregonian reports. This is Suh's third motor vehicle-related incident in the last three years. He lost control of his vehicle and crashed on Dec. 3, 2011 while reportedly trying to pass a taxi. Suh also hit three parked cars in 2009 while allegedly swerving to miss an animal in the road. Source: CBSSports
he seems to be a very reckless driver but at least he's not getting DUI's or getting caught with drugs ......... maybe the lions should pay for driving school?
and in defense of king suh, i would speed a lot with whatever car i bought with my $33 million signing bonus
He's an idiot, he's already been in trouble and someone with a freaking brain would at least not draw attention to himself. I don't blame the Chrysler company for pulling out of the contract with him it's obvious he isn't a good driver. Everyone speeds once in a while but he knows people(NFL=Goodell) are watching him very careful.
eh, i don't think goodell cares about speeding tickets sweets. if this is the worst thing that Suh ever does off of the football field, Goodell and the Lions will be very happy.
Capt, I agree that Goodell isn't worried about speeding but the fact that AGAIN Suh finds himself on the bad side of the law isn't helping his case.
Yeah but getting in trouble for speeding is a far cry from running "afoul of police" or the law or whatever.
Write to CBSSports it's their headline I didn't make it up. "afoul" means going against as in rules or difficulty with...
That's from KATU in Portland. On another site it said he was doing 91 in a 55. In his defense on 84 where he was caught the speed limit should be much higher but not 91. That being said that's the Autobahn of Portland. If you don't do at LEAST 75 you're almost a hazard to the folks on the road. The fact that he was pulled over for failing to signal a lane change shows you how meaningless the speed was. It's scary trying to get on and off 84 through the city. But yeah, if this is his biggest issue off the field Goodell should be more than okay with it.
Who gives a heck. I go 100 down I-77 Daily at least and drive 60 through the city. god **mn, people blowing crap out of proportion. I have speeding tickets, the speed limits are bullcrap anyways if you can drive at 100 than do it. Whats the worst you get, an 80 dollar fine and a stern talking to? Go watch the Bullrun, those guys are doing 130+ in Ferrari's on highways across America and the cops don't even give a damn. Tickets and go.
Even if it isn't a big deal, it's like Sweets wrote. In his situation, it's like adding fuel to the fire
