Less than 24 hours after Peyton Manning picked the Broncos to be his next team, five franchises already have contacted Denver in regard to a potential trade for Tim Tebow, a league source told NFL Network's Michael Lombardi on Tuesday. Moments after the news broke on Monday that Manning would be signing with the Broncos, a source told NFL Network's Albert Breer that the team had begun to explore Tebow trades and were looking for a trading partner. The Broncos are expected to be agreeable toward what teams are willing to give in any potential Tebow trade, according to Lombardi. Denver used a first-round pick (25th overall) to take Tebow in the 2010 NFL Draft. Tebow threw for 12 touchdown passes and six interceptions while leading the team to seven wins in 11 starts. Rumblings but no story yet is that the Packers, 49ers and Jags may be interested...hmmmm interesting...
I actually totally agree with those guesses But i would hope the eagles are not in it because last thing i want is the spotlight back on them
I read an article by Les Carpenter of Yahoo Sports yesterday, and he thinks he's going to either NO or NE as a backup to Brees or Brady. He doesn't like the Jags because the HC there wants to establish Blaine Gabbert as their franchise QB. Carpenter thinks that if Tebow is there, the crowd is going to start screaming for Tebow every time Gabbert screws up.
Whoever wants him will want him as a gadget player or H-Back, as long as he's willing to take a paycut im sure the list will expand
Why would KC be interested in him in any role other than FB? We already have enough crapty QBs on the roster.
