According to ESPN’s Bill Williamson, CB Tracy Porter is set to visit with the Denver Broncos on Wednesday. Porter has already met with the Raiders, Bengals, and is currently visiting the Titans today. There are very few options at the corner back position and Porter is certainly one of them. Denver could be looking to play Porter opposite of Champ Bailey next season and there’s no doubt that they could some additional help at the position. There’s no guarantee that something gets done between the two sides, but the Broncos will have to shore up their secondary now that they’ve found their franchise quarterback. Source: NFL Trade Rumors
wouldn't have happened if Manning wasn't so sure about his team's ability to execute. Porter said he recognized the play and knew what pass Manning was going to throw so all he had to do was step in front of it. Glad he did. I would like to have him back but after his rookie year he seems to have regressed. Or maybe it is a byproduct of the bounty system. Trying for kill shots instead of tackling.
