Unruly NFL fans booted from stadiums this year will be required to pass a code-of-conduct exam — or they won’t be allowed back in for another game according to Gary Buiso of the New York Post. The idea was hatched by a licensed psychotherapist. “We’re not trying to squash anyone’s passion. We’re just trying to say don’t be violent,†said Dr. Ari Novick, the Californian who’s the brains behind the program. Requirements will vary depending on the stadium, but most of the time the stadium louts will have to pass the test before being allowed back in, he said. Fans who get the boot must write DeLorenzi a letter of apology and take the four-hour, $75 online course, available at fanconductclbutt.com. To pass, they have to get at least 70 percent of the questions correct. Source: The Redzone
why not ban the instigator for life. Can't go to a game nowadays usually without being harassed. Otherwise why let the opposing teams' fans in if you can't guarantee their safety.
I'd say we're fine. We boo people and yell. It's the Giants fans and their snow/ice balls that should be concerned.

And a judge on site during all games.. Keepin it classy in Philly.. EDIT: Correction.. The jail was done away with a couple years ago. The old stadium was the one with the jail and judge.
I just remember the Eagles fans were cheering when Michael Irvin got his neck injury. Real classy. I know all teams have asshat fans, but it just seems that the Eagles and Raiders are always in the news about it.
