At first, the ground game was predominant and now all the fans want is a ko (meaning Clay Guida's grinding fights are boring). The style doesnt make the champion. Perfect example Wanderlei Silva who goes around fighting toe 2 toe versus anyone and the only way he loses is if he gets knocked out. Then you have Lyoto Machida who fights by counter attacking. Who for you is the Pound for pound best in the world?

I cant put Silva on my list but he is #4th he came up so close to losing to Sonnen and hs attitude isnt good at all in the cage

 

Anderson Silva is the undisputed best pound for pound fighter period. He hasnt last been defeated in the last 7 years or longer. Jon jones is my number 2. He an thru a very deep light heavyweight division. Gsp is Gsp.

I understand what you mean but the dude can turn it on and off at moments notice as of now. And he has successfully defended his title so many times now that you can't leave him off a list .
