Just saw on Yahoo Sports that the Texas Rangers are having to put SP Neftali Feliz on the 15-day DL because of right elbow inflamation. Uh-oh!:icon_frown:
In my morning paper today, there was a note saying that the Rangers might be thinking of looking at Roy Oswalt to replace Feliz while Feliz is on the DL.
It's a done deal. I just saw on Yahoo that Oswalt has signed a deal with the Rangers. Idk how long it's for, but it's worth about $5 million, with incentives worth another million possibly.
