on a technicality, he's safe. people are saying that because people want to find conspiracies everywhere. he was suspended 2 times prior but only one was wellness. one was for behavior.
with the Jericho suspension, they were planning on pushing Ziggler to take his place against Orton at No Way Out. now, Ziggler is likely boned.
I just wonder what kind of push they are willing to give him with two strikes on him now. They rolled the dice with Hardy before his deal ran out and he walked away but it's a different vibe now when it comes to crap like this.
