Lions cornerback Aaron Berry was arrested for the second time in a month early Saturday morning and charged with three counts of simple assault for allegedly brandishing a firearm, Harrisburg (Pa.) City Police said, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports. Berry’s arrest is the seventh by Lions players in seven months this off-season. Rookies and injured players are scheduled to report for training camp on Monday, and practice begins Friday. “Obviously, I’m limited in what I can provide because it’s a pending investigation,†a person answering the phone at the Harrisburg Police Dept. and identifying himself as Cpl. Gautsch said; a Cpl. Kyle Gautsch works for the department. “It looks like he was charged with three counts of simple assault and there was a firearm involved. Any other information would have to be disclosed by our press-release guy.†Gautsch said Berry was taken into custody around 2:30 a.m. Saturday and is “no longer at our holding facility.†He declined to say if the firearm was registered. Leshoure was twice within a month too...freaking Lions have some serious issues on their hands... Berry, LeShoure, Fairley all arrested twice this offseason. Culbreath once...pathetic.

Berry has a DUI on his driving record and was charged with brandishing a firearm. Goodell doesn't suspend him at all? REALLY? I hate my doubts on that one. Berry will miss a few games.
