The Rams have been fielding trade offers for running back Steven Jackson over the past two weeks according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Muliple teams have called the Rams and inquired about Jackson's availability.

While the Rams are not proactively shopping Jackson or any other player, they are willing to listen. have dealt with injuries at the running back position and make sense as potential trade partners.

Green Bay general manager Ted Thompson has coveted Jackson in the past and has offered significant packages before.

eh, i find it hard to believe that TT has offered 'significant' packages for jackson. TT doesn't give away his draft picks.

Makes sense for Green Bay but they've had some O Line issues no?

Green is just as good as Jackson at this point.

Depends how you define "before." It wasn't too long ago that this dude was the cream of the crop of RB's in the NFL. I'm sure after 2010 he would have put together a pretty nice offer.

Comedian? No. The dudes getting outrushed by Daryl Richardson on a regular basis, and Green offers way more in the pass game.
