The Philadelphia Eagles may have no choice but to sit quarterback Michael Vick. Coach Andy Reid told reporters Monday the concussion Vick suffered in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys is "pretty significant." Reid isn't optimistic about Vick being cleared to return to the practice field Wednesday. In addition to Vick still having a headache and being fatigued, the coach referred to him as being a "little foggy" well after the game Sunday night. If Vick can't go, Reid will start rookie Nick Foles in Week 11 game against the Washington Redskins. Source: Sporting News
