Georges St-Pierre Returns, Defeats Carlos Condit

    The superfight remains a reality.

    Lineal welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre returned to action for the first time in 18 months and defeated interim titleholder Carlos Condit by unanimous decision at UFC 154 on Saturday night.

    The judges scored the bout, 49-46, 50-45 and 50-45. ESPN.com scored it 49-46 for St-Pierre, who improved to 23-3.

    "People talk about ring rust," St. Pierre said. "I definitely know what it is. Carlos Condit definitely gave me my toughest fight."

    yep, i see GSP as the one that would be apprehensive about that fight but it still should happen and then after spider beats GSP, then the next fight should be spider vs. bones and if spider can beat him too, we can clearly call him the best ever.

    Srw just posted a video where Silva basically says he'll never fight Jones. So I wouldn't get your hopes up for that.
