GIF NFL Executive of the Year Nomination Thread

We thought it would be cool to have our own NFL awards here at GIF. I will post the nomination threads where members can nominate players/executives for each award. The thread will be left up for a few days, then I'll post a vote thread so everyone can vote on the nominees. The winners will be posted after the polls close, and we can seed how close GIF's predictions are to the real thing.

I'm going to go with Seattle's John Schneider. How many people killed him for selecting Bruce Irvin. Irvin leads
all Rookies in sacks. Turbin had played well. Then there's the guy named Russell Wilson. Bobby Wagner hasn't played bad either. Actually quite good.

the rosters depth is amazing considering all the injuries and the level the team plays at

if Elway doesn't win this for winning the peyton sweepstakes, i will lose confidence in our collective intelligence.

however, i will also nominate Bruce Allen with the skins. trading up for RG3 was genius and his other roster moves during the off-season have paid off pretty well.

Don't get me started! Howie is one of the only Eagles employees that did his job this year!

 

i will give you that roseman's draft this year appears to be the best of his 3 as g.m., but that isn't saying much. his first 2 were abortions. roseman really botched their secondary personnel situation though so just off of that, he gets knocked down several notches in my book.
