yep, the chiefs are not in a position to draft anything but qb. with the new rookie salaries, it's really not a big deal anymore to take a qb #1 . and if the chiefs are smart, they will do what many other teams have done and draft another qb in the 3rd or 4th round or bring in a decent free agent qb so if geno or whoever is the top qb doesn't pan out, they still have something.

 

This is going to be a year with a very undeserving number 1. Draft class is awful. Great year to trade down in the draft for a stud player/ransom of picks. I think we stand at number 4 at the moment. Not too excited.

 

Personally I'm starting to think Barkley is underrated prospect. Not that he is a top 5 pick, or even 10. But I think he is as good a QB as you can expect in the 11-18 range. IMO if I'm the Chiefs I trade down with an eye on Barkley, Wilson or even Gleenon just outside the top 10

Yes, Jonathan Banks and Demarcus Milner are both potential top 10 picks, but neither is near the prospect Peterson ans Claiborne were and they went 5th and 6th respectively ( with Peterson considered by some as the best player in the draft, and Claiborne considered the best defensive player) so 4 is too high for either of them

IMO you guys should take Lotulelei.

Cox is a great young player, but you guys need someone to compliment him inside and Lotulelei is a young Ngata. Pair him and Cox and you guys may instantly have one of the better DLs in football

Trade the 4th overall pick and Jeremy Maclin to Arizona for Larry Fitzgerald.

 

That would be nice i also like brandon graham on our dline hes been progressing and getting better hope he can keep it up.

 

I doubt the cards are interested in getting rid of one of there only good players especially when they can probably get a qb later in the 1st round

You guys need need more then Fitzgerald. WR isn't a problem. You guys.need an infusion of young talent all over the roster to varying degrees everywhere but te skill positions
