So with all the coaching changes that have occured in the NFL on Black Monday, who do you think is the HOTTEST coaching prospect out there? Is it a big name like Cowher or Gruden? A retread like Josh McDaniels or Todd Haley? A newly fired guy like Andy Reid or Chan Gailey? A college guy like Bill O'Brien or Chip Kelly? Maybe an up and coming coordinator? Maybe a sleeper guy in the path of Mike Tomlin?

    What are your thoughts?

Mike McCoy seems to be a pretty hot name. Lovie Smith has been reported to have a lot of calls already too.

I think Andy is probably the coach who can work with some talent and turn the team into a winner in 2 seasons at most. As long as he gets a good DC he should be okay.

I definitely gotta go with Andy Reid, he's got one of the best winning percentages around there and he turned the Eagles around. If Josh McDaniels has a brain he will stay right where he is unless he gets sent to another team, dismantles it and then goes back to the Patriots, that was definitely a scheme set up by him and Belicheck.

josh mcdaniels is a joke as a head coach. the first guy of the coaches that got canned to be rehired will be andy reid or lovie smith. would not shock me to see reid end up in arizona and lovie to end up in buffalo or maybe even philly.I Bet norv turner ends up as OC in new york for the jets or in dallas.

On track ladies. Chip or Andy? Only one of them will probably be an NFL coach by the end of the week.

that pic is freaking huge. first of the noted coaches to be hired should be Andy Reid. After 14 years players start to tune you out. Time for a change.I would like to see Reid in San Diego.

These players haven't been with him for 14 years. 14 years as a HC is a long time. Young players should respect that, and they probably did for the most part. The problem was that he has made awful decisions with assistant coaches and player decisions. Combine that with how he's always been a horrible in-game coach, and losing becomes the norm.

players should respect that but most young players want young coaches.

I honestly think that Jim Johnson affected Andy more so than losing his kid did. They were best of friends and Andy could rely on him so much. It seemed that when JJ passed on is when things really went sour. Professionally Andy didn't need to worry at ALL about his defense when JJ was there. After he passed on Andy needed to think about it and he's an offensively minded guy so...there ya go.

See though...Andy was an offensive minded guy, but the offense has never been great outside of the season with TO. That's kind of telling as to Andy being overrated from the get-go.

I know it's cool to hate on Donovan, but Andy also generally had 5 plus back ups to help him. Andy is a QB guru and it's hard to deny that. He made AJ Feely look great, Koy Detmer, Jeff Garcia, Vick(for a minute). The 1 constant that helped coach up those guys was 5. Did he choke, sure. But the 2010 Michael Vick was as good as he was due in part to 5. Vick even said that. Maybe Donovan should be a coach. Either way, Andy isn't overrated and those saying he was are just hating. He'll have success with wherever he goes.
