damn peterson is good game on a short week its going to be interesting to see whos going to be healthy enough to make an impact ala woodson cobb and starks i read winfeild might have broke his hand i would think he could still play i bet cobb will be back in full time duty tho his replacement on special teams played pretty good playing outside in the cold will make for a great playoff atmosphere cant wait
this will be the 3rd meeting between these teams in a 34-day span. the vikings can't stop rodgers and his receivers and the packers can't stop peterson so it should be a competitive game at least.
I don't think it will be competitive. At Lambeau in the cold. I think the Packers will look to make a statement going into the playoffs here and the Vikings will be on the wrong end of it.
well, i think most of us believe the packers will come away with the win but the only way this turns into a blowout is if ponder pukes all over himself on the big stage. he has been protecting the ball very well during the month of december and if he doesn't throw an INT in Lambeau, this WILL be a ballgame. the vikings are a damn good team when ponder plays well. in their 2 meetings in the last 4 weeks, the vikings have had 20 offensive possessions. the packers have only forced 8 punts. the vikes should be able to move the ball. the packers have not shown that they can stop the vikes offense if ponder is not making mistakes. i like the way the vikes match-up with the packers to at least keep it competitive. if they can avoid turnovers altogether, they will keep it close and give themselves a chance to win.
just got saturday off from work so i can watch the game yay the vikes have been in playoff mode for the last five games while i think they are playing great it wouldnt surprise me if they already blew there load and on a short week coming from an inside game where that field made everyone play fast the cold outside will make a difference

AP has torched the packers the last two games with over 400 yards, and if he runs like that saturday, the packers are gonna lose.
peterson rushed for 200+ at lambeau and the vikes lost ponder is going to have to play just as good as he did this last sunday overall the packers defense just sucks at tackling but i think they played the play action well and have the play makers to go after interceptions cobbs return will test that secondary no doubt
Word is Winfield is not doing good. Add to that Harrison Smith who was banged up and the secondary is a major liability this weekend.

yep, codatious is right. peterson will not win this game with 200 yards. the vikes need ponder to make some plays and not turn the ball over. there is a higher correlation to the vikings winning when ponder plays well than when a.p. runs for a crapload of yards.
