good not because he should be fired for what he said but i dont have to see this cornball brother on tv anymore
he was a sharp dresser but that is all he had going for him. Aside from the constant talk about racism he had some decent arguments.
The guy had a right to say what he wanted,he was just dumb enough to think that he would not be held accountable for it.
His contract wasn't renewed so I don't think that's exactly the same thing, but yeah it's a direct consequence of saying dumb crap.
aha ......... so this is how espn avoided a possible lawsuit ........ they publically announced they would not fire him for his comments but then when his contract came up for renewal, they said 'no thanks' .......... very smart.
Funny how that worked out. I wonder if he had 2-years left on his contract whether they would have the balls to fire him...
yep, that would have been much more interesting and this explains why espn didn't seem too upset about the whole thing ....... they knew his contract was coming up anyway.
IDK what's more goobered not having your contract renewed for voicing your opinion or that this world is so politically correct that you can't honestly voice what you think of someone. Did Rob Parker step over the line yes, did he call him a dirty greasy ni***r, no.
parker has a history of being an butthole and losing jobs. its not like this was some isolated thing.
