Rob Ryan Hired As Rams Defensive Coordinator?

There will be no Ryan brothers reunion in New York.

Rob Ryan, the twin brother of Jets coach Rex Ryan, was hired as the Rams defensive coordinator Friday, The Post has learned.

The Cowboys fired Rob Ryan earlier this week, creating speculation that Rex might hire his brother for his staff. But Rob Ryan landed in St. Louis where he will work under Jeff Fisher.

Ryan has been the defensive coordinator for the Raiders, Browns and Cowboys before this.

Ok so this is what I could find of his stats on all the teams he's been defensive coordinator for. Its chronological, with his cowboys years at the bottom. Ignore the lines in gray.

The nfc west maybe the toughest division net year.

 

rob ryan has always been overrated. that doesn't make him a BAD coordinator though. he's 'ok'.

 

according to Ryan,from PFT,he has yet to be hired by the rams.

Me too. I don't think he should have been fired in Dallas. I think he did a good job considering what he had to work with.
