    Just curious to see what people believe his value to be VS. other QBs

    too early. This guy could be a one shot wonder for all anyone knows?

    lets see a full season of passing stats to see if he's worth a dang thing ?

    To start, he's shown more consistency over a longer period of time than any of these other guys (Flynn, Kolb, Rob Johnson... ). He's also shown a "little bit" of playoff experience.

    personally, i think some teams are so desperate for a QB, they would bid against each other and he would end up with something like a 5 year/$60 mill contract ........... and rightfully so ......... QB is too important in this league to NOT go after a potential stud. it would be well worth the risk.

    it would be a front loaded deal with a huge signing bonus where the team could let him walk after a few years or keep him for the primo price

    I'll go with a happy medium where he'd get slightly more than Matt Cassel money with a Mike Vick structure. Pre playoff I'd be more inclined to say Matt Flynn money but positive playoff experience has put him well over the top of that figure.

    Either way it's all hypotheticals now, the 49ers have finally got the piece that should put them over for years to come (barring RGIII type management of him).
