this may be true but Alex is the less sucky of the two then.

So I found some more stats that back up Alex being better then Jay Cutler.

    Passing under pressure
    https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2012/11/22/sig-stats-snapshot-passing-under-pressure/
Alex Smith 66.7% completion percentage and 5% interception percentage
Jay Cutler 58.1% completion percentage and 7.59% interception percentage

Adjusted Quarterback completion percentage(with dropped passes calculated as complete)
    https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2012/11/21/sig-stat-snapshot-dropped-passes-per-qb/3/
Alex Smith 75.5%(#4 in the league)
Jay Cutler 67.06%(#22 in the league)

    Time to throw/Time to sack
    https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2012/11/07/signature-stat-snapshot-time-to-throw/
    Alex Smith
2.9 seconds to throw and 4.03 time to sack.
    Jay Cutler
2.74 seconds to throw and 4.01 time to sack.
Very similar time frames and both in the top half of the league for those saying its all on the Bears O-Line

    Accuracy Percentage
    https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2012/10/12/signature-stats-snapshot-accuracy-percentage-2/
PFF Acc. % = (Completions + Drops) / (Attempts – Throw Aways – Spikes – Batted Passes – Hit As Thrown)
    Alex Smith
    80.2%(#3 in the league)
    Jay Cutler
unknown its not shown but its somewhere between 11-28 and i think its around 20-24 based on what its calculating.

Just more stats to prove how silly some of you are for thinking Cutler is better then Alex when damn near every stat proves Alex dominance over Cutler

So all of your efforts to defend smith are driven by your desire to prove he's the least sucky of the two.

    Awesome.

Well its funny cause i have all the stats on my side and people can only point out crap Cutler did so many years ago because nothing he has done lately has shown him to be better then Alex. Alex over the last 2 years has been the superior qb.

I'm surprised the trade hasn't been officially announced yet. It was all but done as it was reported last week..

C'mon guys. Grossman > Brooks. I know no one will understand but we all have players we root for right? Well Grossman was one of mine. I'm sure most Bears fans would rather root for the Packers than root for Grossman but whatever lol.
