Eagles Sign FS Patrick Chung, LB Jason Phillip

    The Eagles have signed free agent LB Jason Phillips and safety Patrick Chung.

    Chung, a former Oregon product, leaves the Patriots after 4 seasons in which he flashed some real talent but also struggled with injuries. The former 2nd round pick has missed 12 games over the past two seasons.

    The Eagles also announced the signing of former Panthers LB Jason Phillips. He started his career with Baltimore, so clearly 3-4 familiarity is key with him.
