The 2011 Bednarik Award winner as the nation’s top defender was dismissed from LSU for multiple violations of team rules. Subsequently, he decided to enter a drug rehab center and ultimately ended up declaring for the draft instead of transferring. When on the field, the undersized but ultracompetitive turnover machine (six forced fumbles, two interceptions in 2011) brings the physicality of a bigger player in his tackles, no matter where he plays. I already dont like this pick and I have a feeling Im going to end up hating it down the road. I was kind of really hoping he'd end up in SF, but to go to AZ, with Peterson to keep him in line, and facing those two together twice a year...well that just freaking blows. I guess I'll just have to console myself with how badly Palmers going to be getting hecked up by our defense.
eh, i wouldn't be too worried. the guy is really, really, really stupid. vince young looks like a mensa compared to this guy. i don't believe that he is going to be able to stay on the right path in the long-term. they may be able to get a clean year or 2 out of him but this dude is going to revert very quickly and will be nothing but trouble in the long run.
I don't think so with Peterson there, I think that he could flourish, and I know that addiction can be hard to break but it's freaking weed, time to grow up son.
