    86WARD -

Aaron Hernandez is in police custody after being arrested at his home on Wednesday morning.

The Patriots tight end has been part of an investigation into the death of Odin Lloyd, an associate of Hernandez's who was found dead near the player's house. Police believe Lloyd was killed by a gunshot to the head sometime between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Monday, June 17.

Multiple reports said Hernandez was taken from his house in what appeared to be handcuffs at about 8:45 a.m. Eastern time.

Well, he had his chance (or should I say chances?) to speak and come clean. He ran every single time. Now it's the hard way.

Looks like he's taking a ride on the Brown Line Express (anally railed in prison)

Sure way to prove someones a dumbbutt. Give them millions and see if they self implode. Congrats Mr. Hernandez you've proven my point.

If convicted: 1st degree murder in Mass: life in prison. 2nd degree: life w/ chance for parole after serving 15 years.

This is what I heard this morning.

Hernandez, Lloyd, and two others went to a gas station. Hernandez allegedly bought some blue bubble gum. This was about 45 minutes before the murder took place. A wad of chewed said bubble gum was found near some shell casings.

    I think he's toast.

At the VERY least they've got him cold on illegal weapons charges in one of the strictest gun-law states in the US. He could walk on the murder and still do years on the guns.

Here's what I heard this morning.

Prosecutors have gotten one of the men in the car with Lloyd and Hernandez to roll over on Hernandez.

    He's toast.
