His last activity at GIF was 3 weeks ago. I would give him another week or two and then have the replacement lined up to replace him.

 

Oh we've got no shortage of replacements.

 

I'd go for 14 teams, $40. That way it's convenient for what seems like everyone. I seen someone couldn't do $50, and we have enough for 14.. so why not?
