Whatsup fantasy gurus? Trying to get some opinions. I have the 4th pick in my money league, it's a standard ppr ruleset and scoring. I'm going to assume the first 3 picks will be (Peterson, Foster, Doug Martin) If Doug Martin makes it to me some how then that will 100% be my pick, but if not that's where I'm kind of stuck. I'm not even considering Marshawn Lynch unless someone here can change my mind. For me it's between Jamaal Charles and Ray Rice. I really think Charles will have the better year and it won't be close, but I am terrified to take him because of him being so injury prone. I took him 2 years ago in this same league and he went out for the season. Anywho, what would you guys do at 4? Thanks for any input.
Is Charles gonna get the same production with Reid coaching? I don't remember him being very friendly to the run game in Philly. I think I would go with Charles either way. Smith cant carry an offense, so Charles will have to.
Id take calvin in a heartbeat. You could get trent, bush, bell, forte, chris johnson in round 2+ but you wont touch calvins production at WR, especially in a PPR. depends on how many people and if its PPR
Id take calvin Calvin was stopped at the one yard line 6 times (ridiculous) last year...i cant see that happening again. If you could get Calvin then someone like forte or chris johnson youd be golden
Probably either Jamaal Charles or Calvin Johnson then (unless Doug Martin falls). I'll have to keep researching just a tough decision.
Concur. I have 3rd in a 12 team $100 buyin league and I intend to go with Spiller if AP/Martin go1-2. I'll take Martin if it's AP/Foster.
I'm just way more of a fan of backs that offer more in a PPR format (catches) not named AP and Foster, those are musts to me.
